Lucas Gusman is a Systems Engineer currently supporting the Space and Airborne segment of L3Harris as the Model-Based Systems Engineering Best Practices Lead. As part of the MBSE Initiative Team, Mr. Gusman has helped many programs stand up their system models and adopt the MBSE methodology. With his passion for modeling, simulation, and software, Mr. Gusman has also developed innovative profiles and tools to aid fellow MBSE practitioners. In downtime, Mr. Gusman enjoys travelling and playing tennis. He is also completing his Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering with a focus in Thermofluids, hoping to deepen his knowledge in space systems design.
