Jay currently works for Raytheon as a Senior Manager, Lead Systems Engineer and IPTL. He has 15 years of engineering experience, having previously worked for L3 Harris, Lockheed Martin, and Westinghouse Electric Company. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s in Systems Engineering, and is currently pursuing a PhD.
