Jay Martin is an Assistant Research Professor at Pennsylvania State University. He has over a 25 year career developing tools and processes for executing system design of autonomous systems for the Navy. He has also used these tools on actual system development programs during the conceptual design phase. Jay teaches a basic Systems Engineering course each year in the Penn State IME dept. He is currently developing a web-based application that uses SysML v2 as a working language and single source of truth to capture complex system design and developing interfaces to make language content and capture easier to use and understand.
