Dr. James D. Musick is a Senior Systems MBSE Research and Design Engineer at SAIC, leading digital engineering initiatives for the Missile Track Custody Demonstration program. With extensive experience in SysML, MBSE, and diverse engineering domains including satellite systems, radar, and digital signal processing, he has previously served in senior roles at Parsons and L3 Harris, among others. Dr. Musick is also a former professor at the USAF Academy, where he taught and developed space system technologies. He holds a Doctorate in Computer Science and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, and maintains a TOP Secret (SCI) security clearance.
