Greg Opas is a Principal Systems Engineer at Oceaneering Technology (OTECH), presently leading the selection, integration, deployment, and utilization of Digital Engineering technologies, in accordance with the DoD Digital Engineering Strategy and DOD5000.97 guidelines. He has over 30 years of support to DoD and DHS acquisition communities in Advanced Development R&D, Acquisition, Integration and Test, Operations Analysis, and Logistics Engineering. He has a BSE and MSE in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from The University of Michigan, and an MS on Systems Engineering and Operations Research from George Mason University.
