Fernando MAS holds an Engineering degree from the University of Sevilla and a Ph.D. from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Currently CTO and VP of Technology at CT Engineering Group in Spain, he oversees MBSE transformation. He has held CTO roles at M&M Group and COMLUX Aviation and was a Senior Expert in Virtual Product Engineering at Airbus, contributing to projects including A330, A380, and A400M. Fernando has led digital design and manufacturing innovations, launched Airbus DDMS, and developed advanced assembly processes. As a Researcher Fellow at the University of Sevilla, he specializes in MBSE and PLM. With EU and US patents, over 100 scientific publications, he also reviews and evaluates R&D projects for Spanish and European bodies.
