Call for Presentations

No Magic cordially invites you to participate as a speaker/presenter at our MBSE Cyber Systems Symposium 2025, taking place May 13-16, 2025, at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in downtown Dallas, Texas.

Submission deadlines:

  • Abstracts due no later than: 4 February 2025
  • Selection notification no later than: 12 February 2025
  • Final presentation slides due no later than: 31 March 2025 (See section below on the presentation submittal process.)

The Following Criteria Will Be Used to Judge All Speaker Submissions:

  • Submitted presentations should support and be consistent with the 2025 Symposium Theme: "MBSE - Shaping the Future of a Changing World"
  • Submitted presentations' technical content should build upon MBSE's continuing expansion within the "state-of-the-practice."

  • When ready to submit your abstract, return to this page and complete the Abstract Submission Form below.
  • Click the Submit Form button.
No Magic will contact you via email if you are selected to be a MBSE Cyber Systems Symposium 2025 speaker.

Registration Instructions for Authors & Co-Authors:

NOTE:  Primary authors and co-authors should not register until notified of acceptance or non-acceptance. If selected, primary author will receive a complimentary registration code, co-authors will receive a discount code. Authors of presentations that were not selected will receive a discount code to register at the early bird rate. We are unable to refund registrations for any authors that register before notification. Applicable discount codes will be provided along with notification of selection or non-selection.

Co-authors that are selected will be required to submit their speaker information on a separate submission page, the link for which will be sent to those selected.

How to Submit Your Presentation Slides:

Authors whose abstracts are selected for presentation at the Symposium will be notified of that fact by an email no later than 12 February 2025. That email will include instructions on how and where to submit your presentation slide deck, and a link to send to your co-presenter(s) if any, to fill out the remainder of the speaker information needed for the Speakers' page.
