Thomas Marchand joined Dassault Systèmes in 2020 as a business consultant enabling clients to move to MBSE or to adopt Architecture frameworks like UAF and NAF. Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, he spent 13 years as a systems Engineer in the defense industry, playing several roles including system analyst, system validation engineer, and subsystem project manager. Thomas graduated from the engineering school Ecole Centrale de Lille, and has a master of research in aeronautics from the Ecole Centrale de Paris. He is also certified ASEP from INCOSE and OMG certified in SysML.
