Tarik Chaib is flexible both in the range of sales, Sales Management, projects and Management, he can deliver on the industries he has delivered them in. He is quick to understand both the project and business environments in order to successfully work within them. Tarik can identify, understand, communicate and resolve issues whether they are people, process or technology orientated. He is able to ensure challenges are engaged, that stakeholders are managed effectively and problems are resolved quickly and that effective communication takes place.

Through sales & leading the delivery of many projects Tarik has gained extensive project management experience. The majority of these projects have involved interfacing directly with board level sponsors, senior engineering management and stakeholders within the end user community.
