Sammy is a systems engineer and project manager at the JHU Applied Physics Lab specializing in MBSE-focused roles for a variety of Air Force and Navy projects. He is a thought leader in digital engineering and is currently working with Air Force sponsors to facilitate the government’s digital transformation, with MBSE as his toolbox of choice.

Sammy has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.Eng. in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
