Howard Gans is a systems engineer for the Intelligence and Cyber business sector of L3Harris Corporation in Melbourne, FL. Dr. Gans has a bachelor of science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a master of science degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a doctoral degree from the University of Michigan. He retired from the United States Air Force after 23 years, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Ohio and Florida, and has authored over 12 technical papers and conference presentations.  Dr. Gans is a Senior Member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics; and a member of the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Honor Society, and the National Society of Professional Engineers.
