Hamza İncemehmetoğlu is an electronics engineer graduated from Sakarya University (SAU) in 2001. He has been working for defense projects as a systems engineer since 2006, including system integration projects, communication and control projects, air traffic control systems, radar/IFF systems, radio control systems. Since 2018, he has been working as part of the Systems Engineering Integration Team in an indigenous aircraft design project. He has been serving as systems engineering chief engineer since 2022.
