Gene Shreve, Chief Operating Officer for OAR Corporation ‚ Gene has served as the Chief Operating Officer for On-line Applications Research (OAR) Corporation since 2021. Before his COO position, Gene was the Director of Engineering and Technology for OAR, leading organizations such as the Army PEO Aviation to transform from document-centric system engineering to Model-Based System Engineering. As COO, Gene is leveraging 30+ years of experience, professional certifications, Project Management (PMP), and Department of Defense Certified Enterprise Architecture (CEA), along with his B.S in Aeronautical Engineering and M.S. in Software Engineering to help develop open standards for real-time, embedded software, and provide model-based engineering expertise for OAR customers. Gene has a proven track record for building and leading diverse teams that consistently deliver value-added, model-based solutions. Before joining OAR, Gene constructed and maintained relationships with government teammates and contractors to shape and provide win-win strategies for companies such as MITRE and SAIC. Gene serves the technical community by contributing to efforts such as INCOSE‚ MBSE imitative and OMG SysML 2.0 and UAF working groups.
