Emma Lysek
Emma Lysek is a Systems Engineering Associate Manager for Systems Engineering Modernization at Lockheed Martin Space. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading efforts for model-based systems engineering, systems integration, and advanced tooling.
Previously, Ms. Lysek was a software engineer for Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS). In that role, she was responsible for leading software and systems teams to develop and integrate with live, virtual, and constructive training systems on multiple programs. These programs served many customers including the U.S. Department of Defense and international customers.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lysek has led several critical initiatives for Lockheed Martin Corporation, including the SysML v2 Investigation and Assessment, Space Model Based Enterprise Advanced Tooling Deployment and Maturation, and Model Based Systems Engineering Upskilling effort.
Ms. Lysek graduated from Rollins College with a bachelor’s in computer science.
