Bill Binder is a System Architect and Definition Engineer at The Boeing Company’s Phantom Works. As an Associate Technical Fellow, Bill is committed to advancing the state of the art in Systems Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering, with a particular focus on Product Line Engineering. He is also interested in using different tools to develop a Digital Engineering environment that permits effective use of Multi-Disciplinary Analysis and Optimization for trade space exploration. Bill uses his expertise to develop carefully scoped models that support the design process from conceptual design to production.
